REFUNDS

• All refunds will be issued as a studio credit.
• All credits with The Langlitz Studio will be honored for a 12 month period, from the date of initial purchase.
• No monetary refunds will be provided after the purchase is made.

 

CANCELLATIONS and MAKE UPS

• 12 hours notice must be given for cancellation of private coachings and self-tapes. Provided there is a
• comparable class, students may make up one (1) missed class per session.
• RESERVATIONS
• The only way to confirm your attendance in a cycle is to pay before the start of the first class. A payment
• due date will be issued to you upon registering.
